With almost 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the RICS, Sean has worked predominantly in the London property market as a Valuer, Building Surveyor and Expert Witness.

Before forming Capital Value with Marilyn and Simon, he held Director roles in other respected practices and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable advice to lenders, institutions, and private individuals.

His expertise spans typical suburban homes, country estates, Prime Central London addresses with mid-term or short leases, medium and large development sites and Houses in Multiple Occupation.
