Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor at the earliest opportunity in 2008, Sean has worked almost exclusively in the London property market. He has previously held Director roles in other established firms and is experienced in providing Valuation advice for various niche lenders, and private individuals on various types of property, ranging from typical suburban homes, country estates, Prime Central London addresses with mid-term or short leases, medium and large development sites and Houses in Multiple Occupation.

Simon has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1995. Having worked for two international Surveying practices in The City, West End and the Midlands, he latterly worked for a small independent firm specialising in London Valuation work.

His experience spans numerous sectors including the Valuation of property in the retail, office, industrial and residential sectors. He provides advice to a wide range of lenders, developers, property companies and individuals, all looking for Valuation solutions for their property holdings.
